Dr. Sullivan has published over 70 book chapters, articles, reviews, technical reports and has written numerous million dollar funded grants in the field of curriculum development, special, education, psychological testing, talent and giftedness, the arts, multiculturalism, linguistics, and parental/community involvement in schools, infant education, behavioral management, health and metal health services, and youth development. In addition, he has served as an advisor, mentor, and conceptual guide for 48 Doctoral students and 2 Masters students.
In addition he has served as a public school teacher (Syracuse Public Schools), college professor, (Syracuse University), instructor Department of Child Psychiatry SUNY Upstate Medical University at Syracuse, University of Minnesota, William & Mary College, and The University of Texas at Dallas) developmental, industrial, and organizational development psychologist, and has appeared on national television, lectured, and consulted extensively in a variety of schools, colleges, universities, criminal justice, law enforcement agencies, Fortune 500 Companies, as well as health and human service settings throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, and Africa.
