Frazier House is an initiative of the Zan Wesley Holmes Jr. Community Outreach Center. The ZWHJCOC brings to the community social, educational, job training and job placement opportunities to fulfill its mission of creating self-sustaining pathways out of poverty for young people and families in Dallas, Texas. Frazier House opened in June 2018, in partnership with the Dallas Independent School District, offering multiple services in one building partnering and collaborating with other community nonprofits and service organizations. The two-story, 36,000 square foot space provides the following shared workspace:

  • reception/waiting area

  • intake area/private counseling offices

  • partners’ lounge

  • work room/reprographics

  • conference/meeting rooms

  • classrooms

  • flexible learning and counseling areas

  • telecom and Internet connectivity

  • training rooms
