Dr. Battles has worked with early career professionals for over 20 years, guiding them through the maze of seeking, applying, and interviewing for the ideal position. He has assisted hundreds of people in finding employment or launching their careers. Dr. Battles uses his extensive corporate expertise, as well as his work with graduate and professional degree-seeking students, to gain a better understanding of the recruitment process for the twenty-first century workforce.

Dr. Battles is a US Air Force veteran and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc. When Dr. Battles is not working for a variety of nonprofit organizations or exercising to stay active, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.

Vincent Battles earned his doctorate in organizational leadership and Master of Liberal Arts from Southern Methodist University, Simmons School of Human Development. Additionally, he earned his MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas, Naveen Jindal School of Management, and his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
