Vincent Ratcliff

 

Vincent is a Dallas native. He currently works as an Adjunct Professor for the Dallas County Community College District where for the last 11 years he has taught Criminal Justice courses. Additionally, Vincent owns and operates, ApexPoint Realty, LLC, which invests in residential real estate. In June 2016, Vincent retired from the Federal government after more than 34 years of service. Prior to his retirement, Vincent worked as a Special Agent, Criminal Investigator (20 1/2 years), where he investigated financial, contract and tax civil and criminal violations.  For the first 14 years of his federal service, Vincent worked as a Senior Auditor where he conducted financial, operational and contract audits involving Military activities/operations and Defense Contractors. 

Vincent joined the Board of Directors in the first quarter of 2017, and he was recently elected to serve as Treasurer. Vincent is a long-time active member of St. Luke “Community” United Methodist Church. Vincent has one daughter, Christa M. Ratcliff, who is an officer serving in the U.S. Navy, and one granddaughter, Lydia-Grace. In his free time, he enjoys watching High school sports and spending time with family and friends.
