Jasmine Anderson is the Operations Manager for Zan Wesley Holmes, Jr. Community Outreach Center. She is a Memphis native and excited to help low income families in the South Dallas area reach financial freedom through the services that will be housed at Frazier House. She is a former Civil Service Agent for Shelby County Government, with many years of non-profit and for- profit sector experience in Memphis, TN. She worked with Frayser CDC in the creation of a bill that revitalized the Frayser Economy after a flood displaced many of their small businesses.
Jasmine worked closely with the “Keep My Tennessee Home” grant program, which allowed many families an opportunity to keep their homes out of foreclosure. She was also a long-time manager with M & M Renovations, which renovated blighted neighborhoods with the help of city and county funding.
She has consulted with numerous non-profits on board governance and how to create a legitimate 501(c)3 organization in the state of Tennessee. She received her Bachelors in Nonprofit Management and Public Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration.
She frequently volunteers and seeks out organizations that uplift underserved and often forgotten communities. She looks forward to bringing her array of experience to Zan Wesley Holmes, Jr. Community Outreach Center and making a difference in the Dallas area.
